  1. Hey Karen! I was on the side against censorship during our debate and I completely understand how some advertisements can be deemed offensive and obscene. In the end, I just feel that advertisements are protected under the 1st Amendment regardless of how disgusting and displeasing a person can interpret them to be. A U.S. Supreme Court case in the 1970's established that advertising is a form of free speech and, therefore, protected. But hey, if you can convince our Congress to pass an amendment to our Constitution stating that advertisements (such as the ones you depicted above) can be censored then I will be forced to rethink my position on the topic and possibly join you and your side.

  2. Oh my gosh..literally my mouth dropped more and more as I scrolled down the page. These ad's genuinely prove why advertising should be regulated. If a little kid saw any of these I would be mortified

  3. I agree with Nicole! These are very inappropriate and should definitely not be visible especially to kids. I would be pissed if my kid saw one of these! I just don't get the point. There are other ways to sell your product without making them so sexual!
